We offer 2 ounce ground and 8 ounce bags of roasted whole bean 100% Kona Coffee. We usually roast to a medium-dark which we think best brings out the flavor of our coffee. However, since all our coffee is roasted to order, we can roast it the way you like it. Just make a note in the additional information section during checkout. Grades of Estate, Extra Fancy and Peaberry are currently available.

For home roasters as well as roasting companies and small coffee shops, we offer unroasted green bean 100% Kona coffee.

Why do we offer 8 ounce packages instead of whole pounds? The enemy of coffee freshness is air. Two half pound packages means that one stays sealed and unexposed to air until you are ready to use it. Our packaging has one-way valves that allow the roasted coffee to release the gasses that occur after roasting but do not allow any air to get in. The coffee will stay fresh longest if it is kept in a dark, dry and air tight environment.

For peak flavor, we suggest you grind just enough coffee immediately before brewing. Grinding will increase the contact with air, which is flavor's worst enemy. Our two-ounce pre-ground coffee is vacuum sealed to keep from contact with air and is sized for one 10-cup pot.

Need a gift for that coffee lover in your life? We have have bistro style coffee mugs and t-shirts with our logo on them.

The cups are 16 ounce cobalt blue mugs with metallic gold lettering on both sides. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. The t-shirts are Hanes Beefy-T with our colorful label art on the back and our logo in blue on the left front. We have sizes from small to XXL.

Mugs and shirts are available individually or combined with our coffee as gift sets. Come to us for those special occasions and for holiday gift giving.

Gift Baskets & Wrapping

Gift packaging is available for the holidays or any occasion. We arrange your gift items in a woven lauhala basket, wrap it in cellophane and add a raffia bow. Or we can wrap your items in decorative cellophane bags. Choose from pineapples, petroglyph turtles, palm trees or quilt patterns and add a raffia bow. We can wrap up combination packs of coffee, shirts and mugs.
